Hey... I installed Source SDK and went to run Hammer, it came up with this thing about configuration. How do i use Hammer or what do I have to do in that window? Pls help

Heres a tutorial on setting up hammer, if you look at the very bottom post, it says ducks 'easy' way of configuring it too =P

That's the downloadable Hammer right?

Cause, my hammer, which I got from Steam, is starting without those configurations.

My Hammer always warn me about that it'll get sluggish.
And after that warning, it gets out of control and crashes every creation!
