ok, making a ladder for cs:s is easy, just follow my instructions: first we go to: browse for textures: now we select a texture, here i selected wood for a texture and made out what wanted my ladder to look like and selected all of what i wanted my person to climb on the ladder as shown: then i tie to entity: use ctrl + t to tie to entity shortcut, and made the Class a func_ladder this is mainly the only tie to entity to use for a ladder: AFTER this you are done HOWEVER!!! there is another way to add a ladder in your map also: here you can see i browsed for textures and typed tools in the filter, and searched all the tools textures that can be used: here i chose the texture tool called: tools/toolsladderafter this i measured out how big my ladder was where i want my player to climb on it and you can see i made it equal with the top part of my ladder wood, for this, the player actually is climbing on the ladder texture instead of the wood ladder as shown: This is it! thats all you need to do, any questions contact me

yea you do make the ladder manually, as I described, making a primitive a ladder, just select the primitive, and tie to entity: and make it a func_ladder, and the other way as I had shown, use a tools texture as a ladder.
