If there a tutorial for this already? if not can someone tell me how i can make Drains/Pipes Steam, and how to Make Lights flash...Etc

Dang, I dont know much about mapping, thats Ducks area and he is currently not here for a good chunk of time, I'll try to do my best to figure this out but it may be a few days
