When i try and launch Source SDK, i get an error( it says it has stopped working), then my computer crashes  . |

Every Time I start Source SDK>
I'm running on vista, could that be a problem??

I think this is a big problem for many users. For Example, Me.  And other 1000 users. The main thing is usually: 1. Start SDK 2. "Prepering Source SDK..." 3. Nothing happens. It's been said at the Steam Forums too. I don't know about Vavle's working on thier bugs. They say they are -  I'm just waiting patiently for Vavle to fix it. |

No, XP... Home Edition I think. Hey dudes. Got it working totally! Well, it hasn't shown anything crazy yet. What I did was:
Goto ToolsRight click Source SDKGoto PropertiesSet Launch Options...And type -engine EP1 and Click OK! Try to launch Source SDK now. |

Ah, then it was most likely (100%) caused by them updating SDK with the Ep2/Portal/TF2 engines. We'll I'm glad you found out how to fix it =D

Hehe, Okay. Thanks. The only problem I got now, is that I can't see anything in my 3D box at the upper left corner. It's kinda like, deactivated. Nothing in it shows...  |

Duck is currently away somewhere (I have no clue where he is) so I'll try to help, I dont know much about hammer but I will investigate it tomorrow (cuz I gotta go now). If I can figure it out, I'll be sure to help =D

I got it to work, but the 3d box is not working?!!? Hammer still crashes when i shut it down |

Hey, I know I said I'd check that out tonight, but I forgot that I had Drivers Ed, I can Guarentee that I will check it tomorrow! If I cant find an answer myself, I will search over other forums and see if I can find a solution there!
